Had a first call with HR around the basic stuff. This was followed by an extensive challenge that was sent. The final interview with the hiring manager where they interview you. I had a very pleasant experience talking to both the HR and hiring manager, they were very jolly, responsive, and accommodating. Although it's such a bummer because it is expected of you to invest a significant amount of time in working on the very extensive challenge (a good 12+hour), and you don't even get a feedback. I don't know if it was a one off case or if this generally is the case. If it's the latter, they'll lose out on candidates, who I doubt would ever care to go through the process again. At least I won't. If you're interested in working there, you're better off reaching out to people in your network working at the company and introducing you. As a company they sure get tons of applicants and probably one applicant doesn't matter much, but they need to realize for the applicant they are important, have hopes attached to them. Leaving them in the blue, especially after asking for a significant commitment from them is plain wrong. Do better.

The Interview was really bad because the hiring manager had a very bad English. She was talking fast and bad. So, the worst situation ever.
When I asked about the role more deeply, it was very difficult to understand her answer. As well as, when she started to ask.
