Chaotic and disorganized. For first round I was expecting call and HR send me zoom link at the time of call to do a video round. SOmehow I managed. The next round was with 3 people on zoom. The senior person in interview panel was talking non stop rather than asking questions and letting me talk. Other 2 interviewer were not interested at all & probably reading mails throughout the interview and asked 1 generic questions each in the end. For next round they gave me a challenge and decided on a date. That got changed via another HR who was OOO and when replied I got I am on leave mail. After submission of challenge with all requiremnets they we are not progressing any further as your experience is not in line with requirements for the Labs team, which are quite specific as they take a different approach. The approach they want is not clear to them as well.
