A recruiter reached out to me and invited me to an interview. I was very interested in the position so I took time to prepare for it.
During the interview they seemed listless, they didn't even try to introduce me to the company or to the team and only asked me a couple of basic questions. Eventually they sent me a rejection e-mail telling me that my experiences don't match with the role.
This made me really upset, since the recruiter reached out to me in the first place after seeing my CV. Why would you waste your own time and make me waste my time if you already know that I am not the candidate you're looking for?

Recruiter reached out to me, ghosted me for two months, then we had a single interview in which they were very clear with the content of the graduate program and pay, after which they ghosted me indefinitely.

Interview
It is an informal interview where you just have a conversation with HR to get to know each other better. In the beginning, HR will ask you to introduce yourself, and then they will ask about the projects you listed on your resume, requesting that you provide more details.

very unprofessional: she did not even know technical details, nor that I got contacted by her collegues. she told me her colloeges didn't have permission to contact me. totally unprofessional.
