A recruiter reached out after I applied through their website and quickly set up an interview with two Celonis employees: a Senior Consultant and a Manager/Director.
I believe the interview went well because I was able to answer all of their technical and situational questions. However, they ended up ghosting me. I never received a 'thank you' note or any information regarding next steps—which I understood would have been a technical challenge round using their product."
