Had a normal talk with a hiring manager, but decided not to continue the interview process, because I wanted something different from sales, as this is not my passion. Could see myself working in Celonis at a point in my career, but in a different position.

Interview
Pretty easy. First informal fit-interview, then a case where you had to present outreach strategy and use case analysis. You pick five accounts in your region that you'd think would benefit from the Celonis solution and then you explain how and why - with them asking several follow up questions and testing your knowledge.
