1. Interview with Senior Talent Acquisition to check if I'm a good match for the role.
2. Interview with the Engineering Manager to get more in depth.
3. Take home test and an interview to discuss the project.
4. Get Ghosted.
It's been 2 months since the last interview, and it is really disrespectful to not even receive a rejection email after 3 interviews and a take home test that took hours to do. And after spending this much time, I would at least expect feedback about the project.
I wouldn't waste my time with this company if I were you.
