Following rounds happened:
1. HR call - Profile screening and discussion on role fit
2, SQL basic aptitude - Basic SQL test to be submitted with HR
3. Basic Interview - Profile and past experiences discussion, basic concepts discussion required for role
4. Challenge round - 20 mins ppt on Solution built on Celonis EMS platform as per the scenario given. The setup is that the candidate is presenting Celonis and the solution built to the customer ( the interviewer). Followed by 10 mins of Q&A.
5. Executive Interview - Discussion on solution from previous round and experience on the platform
6. Managerial Interview - Managerial discussion to determine role fit and discussion on past experiences
7. Salary negotiations with the HR
Process takes 5 to 7 weeks, each round being done each week.
Offer roll out after acceptance.
