Celonis Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

The rounds I had in order were: HR interview (about 30 minutes) Engineering Manager interview (about 1 hour) Tech challenge (a 4 hour long take-home project) and follow up interview to review the project ( about 1.5 hours) After the followup interview for the tech challenge I didn't hear from them again. I did not receive a rejection nor an answer after spending more than 6 hours in their process. This is completely unacceptable.

I applied online to a remote role and they responded but it turned out they require 2/3 days on the office in Spain. I declined to continue as I don't want that. They responded that their "policy is very clear" and I'm glad of that but I wish they would stop advertising it as *remote* to this day this remote-fishing candidates that would never care to apply to their dull and low paid role.
