Celonis Principal Client Value Architect interview questions

Initial interview with recruiter that went well with a good process. Second interview with a two person team of current CVAs who sent me a challenge, with me having to log into the system, perform some analysis' and give a presentation. Not too hard, the data has some interesting issues that show its European origin. Final interview was with hiring manager. Sticking point occurred when he said "While we don't work 80 hours a week like...". I told him with my experience and background I am way past the point of grinding myself into the ground for a job. That I believe is why I didn't get an offer. Just a guess.
