Celonis Senior Execution Management Consultant interview questions

Interview process was involved but very smooth - recruiter call, short screening call with someone in the role, 'challenge' interview with 2 supervisors, and a final short interview with supervisors. The challenge gives you an opportunity to work with the product, which I really appreciated in considering whether or not to pursue the position. It was a little stressful and time-consuming to prepare for it while having a full time job already but I think it's worth it for everyone involved to get a sense of fit.

The entire process was smooth & streamlined with constant communication from the recruiters. There was absolute clarity & transparency in all the communication. The process was split into 3 rounds. A general interview, case study & final interview with leadership. In addition to that, there was an gamified aptitude test after all the rounds and an SQL skill evaluation during the process as well.
