Celonis Software Engineer interview questions

Fairly simple. It started with a telephone interview with HR for about an hour discussing background, professional experience and motivation. It moved on with a HackerRank exercise that was easy, but gave me some double thoughts about the company code base, because the code style was quite messy and error prone and it seemed like the person who wrote the function signature and the helper code wasn't too versed in C++. After a week I had a half of day on-site interview with the CTO, one of the CEOs and HR. The main focus was on the projects I have worked before and what I can bring to the table with respect to the job position I applied for. There were some quite constructive dialogues and the CTO was listening a lot and was paying attention of what I was talking. On the other side of the spectrum, the CEO seemed uninterested, played with his phone and his English language command wasn't that articulate to immediately understand his questions, forcing me from time to time to ask him again to repeat the question.
