Celonis Tech interview questions

GHOSTERS / SCAMMING APPLICANTS? I interviewed about half a year ago. I had 5-6 interviews spanning 1.5 months total. I also did a take home challenge which took 10+ hours - it included learning their platform and presenting new product ideas. After the final interview, I was ghosted. I followed up several times and got no response. After investing a large amount of time in the process and doing a project that included giving the company new ideas, it feels like they are trying to get free work out of people. There is no reason to be so inconsiderate to candidates who invested time in the process. Just send a rejection email out of respect rather than leaving candidates guessing. Also, don't have interviewees do your work for you.
