Interview
Fist was an automated recording where you needed to "pitch yourself". Then a time test - a scenario was sent by email and you have a set amount of time to complete it - I believe it was four hours. Then a 1:1 live Skype interview. lastly a panel interview - Seriously intense!

At the panel interview I was given three business scenarios asked was asked to put the scenario into a story map together with personas and then thin-sice the story map for an MVP

My interviews were great but I feel there were too many of them. My initial interview was with human resources. The second interview was with the person for whom I was going to work under. The third interview was with that person's boss and the final interview was with that person's boss's boss. Way too many interviews. But, I got the job!

A recruiter contacted me that found my profile on LinkedIn. The
I had a phone interview with the Software Development Director and a few days later a face to face interview with additional folks I'd be working with. A few days after that I had an offer.
The process was simple but it was because the organization had recently changed its process of hiring BAs.
