Interview
A recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview a few days in advance. During the interview, she seemed very unenthusiastic and underprepared. In fact, I got the impression that she had barely even looked at my resume prior to calling.
The nail in the coffin, so to speak, was when she asked about salary expectations. I told her what the market rate was for someone with my qualifications, according to my university's career services department. She then implied that I was asking too much and told me that the position paid $20k/yr less than what I was asking. I found it quite unprofessional that an HR representative was so out of touch with the job market when I could have spent that time and effort applying elsewhere. The whole experience certainly left a poor impression with me.

3 rounds of interviews (recruiter on the phone 20 mins, senior marketing manager via zoom 30 mins, potential team members via zoom 45 mins). Very easy to communicate with the recruiter which I liked.

Interview
Everyone was very friendly/genuine, professional, and kept me in the loop. In particular, I appreciated that after every round of interviews the Talent Acquisition Partner I worked with would ask me how it went and if I would like to do a quick phone call to talk about it/ask any questions/voice any concerns. After going through the whole process (info call to onsite to references) with more than 10 different firms, this was definitely the best and most transparent experience.
