Interview
The interview process involved two employees from the company asking me relevant questions to the job while providing insight on their experience on the job. I mostly talked to one person on the interview but I'm sure that the other person was probably taking relevant notes on the interview. They were very cordial and professional but at the same time I didn't feel unnecessary anxiety because they came off very welcoming.
