There was an initial automated video interview and then they contact you for a second round with their HR team where there is a panel of interviewers. The process was more based on communication skills rather than being very techinical.
They use the star method and they are very friendly. Just be yourself, be honezt. Essentially they are trying to see if you fit in with the companies culture. As long as your honest and open at our intentions, I'm sure you will be a qualified candidate.

They didn't seem that interested through the interivew. No facial expression and seemed that they did the interiew becuase they had too. Very different compared to my mock interview with Cenovus.
