Cenovus interview questions

I used to work for them and I was disappointed to had worked with them. My moral urge me to tell the public. Whatever process does not matter, the company is not making money or respecting people, it's all about politics. In some cases, Cenovus does not want to hire at all, or they already have a candidate for the job, they just want to catch public attention and legalized the process. Nowadays, the management are nothing but politics driven jerks. l are Hiring managers never want to hire somebody better than them. They just need saves with as a number to the process. Some HR are not friendly and not professional at all. They are diplomatic, promise they will never answer your questions and unfriendly. Never work for them!
