Interview
I applied online. A week later I received an email to set up a phone interview with HR. The phone interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but only took about 12 minutes. The lady I spoke to was not the one I originally set up the interview with. However, everyone I spoke to was very friendly and not intimidating at all. I felt at ease.

Question 1
The interview questions were behavioral, goals, and skill related. The most in depth question was why I changed careers. The questions about skills were simple, such as do you know how to do this? You just had to answer yes or no.
My process was just one interview with manager and two engineers. Everyone was nice and didn’t expect much. No leetcode at all very straight forward questions about experience and what you’re looking for in a company.
The interview process was a panel interview with multiple team members present. Each interviewer asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions, along with some role-specific discussions about my background and skills. The atmosphere was professional yet friendly, and they gave me time to ask questions at the end.

Tell me about a time you had to manage multiple responsibilities and how you prioritized your tasks.
It was a fairly simple process. First, the recruiter will ask you questions about yourself and the experiences of your resume. When you move on to the next round, you will talk to hiring manager.
