I applied in-person. I interviewed at Center for Social Dynamics (Oakland, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I found the job on craigslist and immediately applied online. I got an email from a clinical recruiter to set up a phone interview the following day. After the phone interview, I had an in-person interview 4 days after with the regional director. A couple days after my phone interview, I got a call again from the clinical recruiter to let me know that I got the job and necessary documents needs to get submitted prior to the scheduled training I requested/chose.
