I applied online via ZipRecruiter with only my resume. I got an email follow up a day or two after I applied. I scheduled a phone screening for the following week, which only took 20 minutes. The phone screening was quick, but I was unsure of how it went. My interviewer reached out to me later that week to schedule an in-person interview. I had my first in-person interview was on a Monday 2-3 weeks after the call. I interviewed with my would-be boss, and then he brought in a colleague. I brought in writing samples and notes and that seemed to help. The interview was about 45 minutes and I felt very positively about it afterward. I received an email just hours later asking me to come in for another interview on that Thursday morning. That interview was with my would-be boss and his boss. It was a pretty casual conversation. By Friday morning of that week I had an offer. It was a quick process - which I definitely appreciated!
