Interview
Team interview after recruiter screening with two interviewers. Occurred in a very cramped space for three adults. Interviewers were not very interested in the interview procees. The main concern was not seeking information but was to get to the close of the interview. I think the candidate was chosen before I interviewed.

Interview
Very laid back and simple. The company didn’t make you feel like a number. They tried to get to know you on a personal bases. They spoke to you like they have known you forever. It felt more like a family discussion.
Quick and easy, really laid back and informal. I felt very comfortable and not under stress. Best interview I’ve ever had. Really good questions and the benefits seem ver good too. Only reason I didn’t accept, I received another offer with less drive time.
