Phone interview with recruiting and then in person with Lead RN and supervisor. Interviewers shared asking of questions and shared a lot about the day to day work. After question/answer portion I was given a clinical scenario and then given 15 minutes to type a response on a desktop computer and then both the lead and supervisor reviewed but provided no feedback.
