The process was fast, easy and very open. We talked and discuss the role. We spoke about the job duties and the team leadership. We talked about how to take on many tasks and handle request.

Interview
Got there 15 minutes early and waited upstairs with the other applicants for the managers to ready the conference room for us to start our group interview. Roughly 10 people were there, we sat at tables and did a series of activities and answered some basic questions and introduced ourselves to the room.
Following the group interview were 1 on 1's (not everyone got to do them-- they called out a few people from the room and I'm assuming they let them go gently before starting the real thing).
One on one was a lot less intense, the questions revolved around work experience and your people skills/how you handle grumpy customers, etc. A hiring manager and the manager of the department you're applying for sit in for the small interview. One asks questions, the other writes them down and they're pretty nice people. Easy to talk to. After that, if they liked your answers, they'll usually offer you on the spot. We discussed benefits, the rest of the process, pay, and if I had any questions.
