Centris Federal Credit Union Software Architect interview questions

About four days after I submitted my application online, I had a brief phone call from HR to set up a face-to-face interview with the HR rep and position's manager and a lead member of the team. Shortly there after, I received an email to confirm the time of my interview. On the day of the interview, I arrived at HQ about 10-15 minutes early and waited a little bit before I lead to the waiting room of HR and handed a form to fill out and a print out of the job description. Once the interviewers were all gathered, we started the interview. Majority of the questions were about my experience and how it related to the position as well as how I handle conflict, judge priorities, and deal with customers/users. About a week later, references were checked and then a few days after that, I received a voicemail and email about an offer. After hearing the terms and discussing some options with the HR rep, I decided against the position. It didn't seem like a good fit for my needs and wants in a company. However, the HR rep was very amicable and said to keep Centris in mind if there is another opportunity in the future.
