      Real Estate Broker Interview

      Jul 18, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Richlands, NC
      Accepted offer
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Century 21 (Richlands, NC) in Jan 2008

      Interview

The Broker In Charge was very thorough in explaining to me the process by which I would be paid, the benefits included, and the paperwork involved. The level of support was excellent in my career launch. They really take a lot of legwork away from the new agent and allows them to focus on their clients. I simply scheduled a meeting with the broker in charge and it was more like me interviewing the company as they offered nearly everything I was looking for in the area of support.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The most difficult topic was my commission. In an already stressed industry such as real estate, it was a hard pill to swallow giving half of my income back to the company. But I pushed through that because the reputable company name did in fact bring me more business by being associated with the national brand.
