Applied online , had previous experience, they are looking to fill positions, had in person interview with the head of the administration. It took some days to hear back as I Remember, as they were hiring alot of people at the time. Interview process was very pleasant as I really liked the person, and she was awesome at training as well.

Question 1
Basically just getting to know you, I small talked, showed my personality, and asked about my knowledge. I didn't do offers at my previous job, so she made sure I got training on that. Everything else is basically the same across industry.
asked about experience and availability,if i went to school that is all very easy i left with the job. I applied on craigslist and the interviewer already had it with him when he came so he knew that I had experience.
