I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Century 21 (Scottsdale, AZ) in Oct 2013
Interview
Seriously a 50 word minimum for a Real Estate Agent position. No brokerage turns down breathing licensed individuals, why, because it doesn't cost them anything for them to bring you on. You make all the payments for that. There is only up side of them getting some commission from you when and if you make a sale. If you never make a sale, they don't lose any money. So they hire everyone, and I am not just talking about this brokerage, it's all of them.
Easy and relaxed. Interviewer was very friendly and seemed sincere and eager to hire. Did not take the job since it was not what I was looking for at the time.
