Four page application plus three current references. I arrived early as I knew they wanted me to fill out the application in addition to having my resume. They also checked my references as soon as I left. They called all of my references to make sure on their end. They explained that the attention to detail is required and that all phone calls must be logged. They need people with cheerful voices and upbeat personalities. You will be on the phone constantly since they are very busy. If you are not used to being on the phone then this is not a good fit and you might want to look else where.
