A mixed bag. One interviewer was competent and intelligent, the other talked on the phone the whole time. The interviewer who could not be bothered to get off the phone later became my boss (and lack of basic courtesy was apparent there as well) The competent interviewer asked knowledgeable and pointed questions, very obviously experienced.
