The interview process for the position of Land Analyst at Century Homes was relatively standard. They asked the typical interview questions including previous/current work experience, strengths/weaknesses, and several other behavioral interview questions.
After application, had initial conversation with Human Resources who was involved through the whole process. Team leader then conducted a phone interview with other team members followed by an in person interview.
