Phone interview with hiring manager, where I was asked questions to prove my suitability to the job and gauge my expertise and knowledge. 15-20 minute in person interviews with people from the team and finally with the hiring manager. Team members talked about culture of the company and allowed me to ask questions to see where I fit in with the team as well.
