The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cepheid
Interview
Interview process was pretty standard until the in person.
I met with the head of the department and one of the associate PMs.
The head was fine - he seemed like he really knew what he was talking about.
The associate PM interview was. a. joke. She thought that IT infrastructure is similar (or the same) as sprint planning and deployments. When I tried to correct her, she was adamant, and it really poisoned the pot.
Needless to say, I didn't hear back, but it's probably for the best.
