Interview
The interview was well-structured and efficient. The overall process was within 2 weeks. It felt more like a dialogue than an intense interview process. I interviewed different stakeholders. JD was shared.
One manager interview, two pier interviews, one HR interview. Very straight forward. The questions were pretty open ended and there was not a take home assignment (which is becoming more common place). It would have been good to have more manager interviews but I got very lucky with having a good working relationship with my manager.
