Interview
There were 3 interviewers in the first round and the job was for typescript programming.
They started about the programming fundamentals and processes and frameworks. Then they shared a screen and asked a few technical questions. It was pretty easy and basic.
After a few days we went through the second round of the interview and there it was more advanced questions being asked and after 10 days I got accepted.

First is simple hr phone round, than there is hiring manager round, than technical round usually taken by 2 people , following up round with usa team, final hr round

The interview process consisted of two rounds : a project-based assessment with a 24-hour submission timeline, followed by a one-hour technical interview discussing the project, problem-solving approach, and relevant skills.

Guter Ablauf, Firmenziele und Job Anforderungen gut erklärt. Ich hatte die Möglichkeit über mich zu erzielen und danach folgten Fragen und Antworten.
Leider war nur der Hiring Manager dabei und kein HR.
