They were considerate of my time by scheduling interviews back-to-back. They insured I had an opportunity to speak with the right people without going overboard on the number of interviews, and the folks I talked to were willing to answer all my questions, including the uncomfortable ones. I had to complete a project that required thought but was not onerous, and was designed to elicit how I approach problem solving rather than getting free consulting time. The entire process from initial contact to offer was about a month, including a week to complete the project. They did a great job of staying in touch throughout and providing relevant feedback. They're more thorough than most (in a good way) both in eliciting and providing info. All in all it was a very good experience.
