The interview process was quick and they were very communicative throughout. Team was very friendly and welcoming during every conversation. Interview style was moderately informal and was easy to engage with every member.
I had a pre-interview and a 1st round interview with a partner starting his own team. The calls went great and the manager personally requested a second call. I followed up after the call, I followed up with the pre-interviewer 1 week later, I followed up with the manager 2 weeks later, and I followed up with both of them 3 weeks later. Fully ghosted me, very unprofessional. Not even one sentence saying we are moving in another direction.
