Spoke w 5 people in separate calls or F2F. Three trips to their office. They've had a lot of turnover and been burned. They have no real process and can't make a decision...VP says it's his call then says he has to defer to President whom he seems scared of. Frustrated so I withdrew from the process, I am here to drive revenue not continue to jump threw hoops and play games w your weak hiring process...not the kind of company I'd want to work for.
