Certara Director Strategy interview questions

Applied online, was contacted by a recruiter, who then set up call with hiring manager. I pretty much checked all the boxes in the job description. Recruiter call went ok, but hiring manager call was strange. He opened up the call saying "I'd like to learn more about your background, and see if this role is a good fit, or maybe if another role in the organization might be better." Kind of signaled at the outset I wouldn't be getting it. From there he asked pretty flat questions and seemed disengaged. The worst part was that both the recruiter and hiring manager at the end of the calls said "you've got my email, so feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any questions" and fully ghosted. The role's been reposted on LinkedIn several times now, so I honestly doubt they're even hiring, just wasting time, filling space, and ghosting.
