The process was led by an outside recruiter; she was my conduit into the company and did a fair job. I met with a number of people, and every person was really nice & very open. It was far more conversational, and not too heavy on questions on my background. We even socialized with a wider group one of the nights, so I could get to know people and see how they interact.
