I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ceva Animal Health (Lenexa, KS) in May 2012
Interview
2-person panel interview; conducted over approximately 30 minutes. Department head and assistant department supervisor were the interviewers. Not high-pressure, fairly simple for a recent graduate. Overall a decent experience, though some of the questions were unexpected (ie "Tell us what a positive control is"). Just be prepared for the usual interview type questions (strengths, weaknesses), but it seems like this company is really hiring anyone with a relevant degree to work in the QC department.

Question 1
Tell us the purpose and theory behind a positive control in experimental design.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ceva Animal Health (Kansas City, KS) in Jun 2018
Interview
Interview was fairly laid back. There were four interviewers present. The manager, two supervisors and a technician. Questions were pretty standard interview questions. The interviewers were on time and friendly. They asked questions about the candidate as a whole. They were open to questions and answered all my questions politey and professionally.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ceva Animal Health (Lenexa, KS) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process was relatively easy. First, we did a Skype interview since I was out-of-state. Then, I flew in for an in-person interview with a panel of four interviewers. There were very few questions about the job itself, and those were not difficult. They gave me a tour of campus, then sat me down and asked pretty easy questions.
