A bad interview experience. The recruiter set my interview up in Feb 2018 and a manager was supposed to call me. Instead, the recruiter called me and told me that I do not have enough experience to be interviewed for that position, that previous internships do not count as "actual experience" and that they would keep my resume on file and call me again in a month. Why did they set up an interview in the first place and wasted my time if they thought that I did not have enough experience, that's one thing I'll never know.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone screen with a recruiter, a technical phone interview with the hiring manager, then an onsite interview that was all day. The all day onsite interview was tiring as you are meeting with 1-2 people at a time, but each session you tend to get the same questions. They also don't stop the interviews for lunch and while they welcome you to eat, they continue asking questions, not giving you any time to actually eat.
