Initial call with a recruiter from US, super nice guy who gets to know you first (not much in detail), then I had a second round with a recruiter from NL. Also super nice guy, made it more relaxed/informal, rather than strict/formal. Still precise though, so he does assess what you say and how you say it. I did not go to round three as I am not really into cold calling etc, but he said the third round would have been with another person who questions more about your Sales approached etc, followed by a test.
