I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ChargePoint (Campbell, CA)
Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews. Process was well organized and moved quickly. The recruiter was extremely responsive and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I liked that I was able to meet a lot of the team I would be working with, as well as cross function teams. I had a good feel of the job before I accepted.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ChargePoint (New York, NY) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process says a lot about a company. The recruiter has to be one of the worst I have worked with. I set aside half a day after 2 interviews for a panel interview. Absolutely no communication months later. Calls and emails to the recruiter go unanswered. Very disappointing in such an up and coming company. No follow up whatsoever.
