It was easy and similar to most other companies' interviews. It was focused on the CV that I provided to them when I submitted the application for this position. The team was very friendly and didn't try to put me in situation that I didn't like

Applied through employee referral. Received a recruiter call three weeks later. Informal conversation for the recruiter to tell me about the job. Then had phone call with hiring manager. Conversation was about background, product sense, technology, the work culture at CP. Everything seemed to go well and we agreed to meet up in person for a second conversation (manager wanted to get the "face-to-face" feel for candidates). That meetup was rescheduled twice, then eventually I was ghosted by both the hiring manager and the recruiter. I emailed recruiter once a week for three weeks. I also texted the hiring manager around the same cadence. Never heard back, not even for a "we have moved in a different direction."

Meeting at the WeWork Office in Munich. Relevant Manager introduced himself (total casual look - so better do not wear tie, max jacket with chino + dress shoes). Then he explained situation of company and market, upcoming projects and related challenges to the position.
