I had a 3(4) phase interview. The first was with the hiring manager, and the next 3 were with different team leads that I would be interacting with, with a mixture of technical and strategy questions. The recruiter during the whole process was communicative and it took a month from applying for the role to starting. I had also informed the recruiter that I was interviewing for other roles, so the expediency of the whole process made the decision easy.
