I told the interviewer that I had a competiting offer and she immediately said "Oh we can even beat that." I told her that I had to respond within two weeks and she said she would work hard to get me an answer by then. For the next 10 days, I never heard a word from her. No response to my voicemail. No response to my multiple emails. No response to my text message. Very unprofessional! The date for my other offer had passed when I finally got a form email.
