This is the worst interview experience ever. First round was IT manager which was actually ok with lot of background information like their team structure , kind of high priority tasks the candidate will be working on if they join the team, high level questions on integration experience. Second round of interview was bad where the devs didn't even bother to introduce themselves and kept asking questions until I interrupted them to ask about what they are actually doing within the company. Third round was the worst where the interviewer didn't even ask the right questions or know about her role when I asked what do you do. There was lot of background noise of kids when she was asking questions which made the conversation even difficult. The recruiters ghosted me after 3 rounds of interview.
