I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Charles River Associates (New York, NY) in Nov 2017
Interview
30-minute behavioral interview over the phone, followed by a trip to the office for a day of interviews.
Interview day: 4 different interviews: 2 case interviews with junior consultants interspersed with 2 behavioral interviews from senior consultants. Very nice people. I didn't know what a consulting interview looked like so I wasn't very prepared.
This was followed by an hour-long coffee with two junior consultants. Loved that part.
