I applied online. I interviewed at Charles River Associates in Aug 2020
Interview
They first asked me to complete an online assessment with 25 maths questions, which I found rather easy.
As for the actual interview, the HR called me via Zoom and shared with me a bunch of slides which summarized the case I had to solve and present to the consultants. She gave me 10 minutes to collect my thoughts and then I connected with the team members.
The business case was a merger between two firms producing cereals with sugar targeted to kids. I was asked to define the market, to put forward arguments to defend the cereal companies from antitrust pressure, and what data I would need to support such arguments.
Overall, the business case was quite standard and I think that with some preparation one can easily pass the interview.
