Telephone interview with hiring manager then 4 back to back hour long competency based interviews with peers and senior management. 1 week after interview the recruiter advised I was the preferred candidate and to expect an offer - then "ghosted" me. 4 weeks from the initial interview and after much chasing CRL finally confirmed I was unsuccessful but would not give me any feedback. Shambolic experience all-round.
